The long oval Edda earrings are handmade from sterling silver. Their square wire arc mirrors the box chain that hangs from it.
The chain dangles from the wire arc and moves when you wear the earrings.
This swaying movement lets the heavy chain look dainty and light.
The radius of the wire mirrors the maximum angle at which the chain can bend so they always form an elongated oval in these statement earrings.
These earrings come with the chain polished and the wire in mat finish to enhance the contrast between both materials.

These earrings each weigh 3,65g which means they are pretty light weight for their length and size.
They are comfortable to wear and won't stretch out your earlobes.
Depending on your sensibility and habits even earrings as light as 3g can start to feel "too heavy" for your ears. If you only wear tiny ear studs on a regular basis
you won't be used to more weight on your ears.
For this reason these earrings can be returned.

Care instructions:
As silver jewellery tends to tarnish when exposed to air, it should be stored airtight when it is not worn.
Cleaning:
dry - rub with a silver cleaning cloth
wet - soak briefly in warm water with mild dish soap, use a fine sponge or a soft toothbrush to clean and then dry off.
